Executive Vice President

Tom Watters is a Certified Association Executive with more than thirty years’ experience in the management of membership associations and medical and dental societies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from Central Missouri State University, and a master’s degree in education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

He has been involved for many years in the American Society of Association Executives, and has done extensive leadership consulting work with a large number of boards and association leaders. Past positions include Assistant Executive Director of Optimist International, Executive Director of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, and Executive Director of the American Association of Orthodontists. He is an active member of several nonprofit boards, and has long been active in the Optimist club organization, most recently with the Mid-City Optimist Club of St. Louis.
