NONMEMBERS:
$50 per insertion for 30 words or fewer
and 25 cents per word in excess of 30
words.
WORD COUNT:
Count as one word all single words, two
initials of a name, each abbreviation,
isolated numbers and each group of numbers.
PAYMENT:
Checks should be made payable to St. Louis
Medical Service Bureau. Payment MUST accompany

PRINTING
SPECIFICATIONS:
• Submit artwork in electronic form via e-mail or on disk. Acceptable formats: PDF, InDesign, Pagemaker, Quark, Illustrator, Publisher. Photos should be at least 300 dpi.
• We can prepare your artwork for additional charge. Please call for quote.
• Printed sheet-fed offset. Binding is saddle stitched.
• Trim size 8-1/2 × 11 in.; bleed size 8-5/8 × 11 1/4 in.

• St. Louis Metropolitan Medicine
is published six times per year.
• Closing date for space reservations
and camera-ready copy is the first of the
month preceding the issue month. (Ex: January
issue advertising reservation and copy is
due Dec. 1.)
• Repeated advertising must be inserted
within 12 months of first insertion and
pre-paid to earn frequency discount rates.
• Cancellations must be in writing
and received by the copy deadline.
• Cancelled contracts will be re-billed
at the single insertion rate for the number
of advertisements that have been published.
• The publisher is not responsible
for any errors in approved proofs.
• Advertisers and advertising agencies
receive one com-plimentary issue. Additional
copies may be purchased.
• St. Louis Metropolitan Medicine
reserves the right to refuse advertisements
for publication.
